In the event you are unable to attend a camp, you will receive a refund as defined below. Please understand that this policy is not intended to be an aggrevation or nuisance, but is necessary in order for us to provide a high level camp experience. When possible, refunds will be placed back on the original credit card used to register. If that is not possible the refund will come in the form of a check.
Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via e-mail to

Cancellations made prior to the start of camp will be provided a full refund minus a nonrefundable deposit of $25.
A refund will not be issued to those who do not show up to a camp/clinic and do not communicate their cancellation/absence.
